Welcome to The 2021 Mayor’s Cup Tournament
The 2021 Mayor’s Cup tournament will begin on Tuesday, August 31st and continue through Monday, September 6th. Weekday games will be played in the evening and there will be no play on Sunday. All Final games will be played on Monday, September 6th.
Out of State Teams or Teams coming from more than 2 hours away may check in two hours prior to game time at Tournament Headquarters (Angel Street Complex). All Out of State Teams will need player cards.
The team may be checked in by the coach, team manager or parent from the team. Once the team has checked in, the roster is frozen and no additional players may be added to the roster.
Tournament Headquarters will be at Angel Street Soccer Complex located at 200 S Angel St, Kaysville, UT 84037

Tournament Only Players
Players not UYSA registered for the 2021-2022 season can play on a team in the tournament but must be registered as a tournament player through their region registrar. A $25 dollar fee will be required for this “tournament only” registration. “Tournament Only” players are not considered guest players and do not need the UYSA Specialty Player Action Form.
In Person - Out of State Teams:
Teams must Check-In at least 2 hours prior to their first game (non-local teams)
Although not required at Check-In (according to a new UYSA policy) teams should have the following documentation at the field for every game:
