Strength and Conditioning |
These strength and conditioning programs are designed to help each female athlete from all ages to develop into a great athlete improving their athletic abilities in the following areas: speed and agility, strength, conditioning, flexibility, balance, and overall fitness. Each program will be designed to meet the specific needs of either the individual or the specific age group. Sessions will last 6 weeks long and can be done either individually or as a team. Below is a description of the following programs costs, and the time of season they are offered.
In- season Fitness Maintenance Program: (August-October) (March- May)
1 hour session, once a week, for six weeks
Individual cost: $25 an hour/per session, for six weeks, total cost $150
Team Cost: $30 per person for 6 sessions for six weeks, total team cost for 15 players $450
Pre-season (summer) Conditioning Program: (possible months June and July)
1 hour sessions, twice a week, for six weeks
Individual cost: $25 an hour/per session, 2 sessions a week for 6 weeks, total cost $300
Team Cost: $60 per person for the 6 week session, total team cost if have 15 players $900
Mid-season (winter) Conditioning Program: (possible months December-February)
1 hour sessions, twice a week, for six weeks
Individual cost: $25 an hour/per session, 2 sessions a week for 6 weeks, total cost $300
Team Cost: $60 per person for the 6 week session, total team cost if have 15 players $900
At home Strength and Conditioning program: (Anytime- one time deal)
For older age groups that want to learn how to lift weights and be given a weight lifting and conditioning regime to follow on their own during the off seasons. Great way to prepare for college weight lifting and fitness demands. Two hands on meeting times, one to meet and discuss strength and fitness goals, the other in the weight room to explain designed strength exercises. A six week strength and conditioning booklet will be designed for the individual athlete to do on their own.
Cost of six week strength and conditioning packet design: $50 dollars per booklet and two meeting times.
